I learned while making this recipe that I don't have the proper apple slicing skills neccesary, and almost cut my fingers more than once (except my knife was way too dull to do much damage, so we can thank god for that).
It's laundry day, which means I will no doubt dedicate hours of precious time to doing my laundry out in the suburbs at my mother's house, but it's ok because I'll see my baby brother. He's still so little, but he's built like a linebacker. An adorable linebacker.
